Bychkov Sergiy Anatoliyovych, born July, 21, 1961, Dnipropetrovs’k. In 1983 graduated from Dnipropetrovs’k Building-Engineering Institute, Department of Industrial and Civil Construction. July, 2000 -- held the position of the Deputy chairman of Dnipropetrovsk region state administration. Chairman of the Sailing Federation of Dnipropetrovsk region. Member of top businessmen and bankers’ club, Dnipropetrovsk.
