Deputy chairman of Dnipropetrovsk region state administration.

During these years numerous treaties on establishing partnership with the following European regions were signed: Walloon (Belgium), France, Brandenburg (Germany), North Rein-Westphalia (Germany), Lower Silesia (Poland) and also treaties with 36 Russian regions.

Initiated "European Vector" program.

Headed work on establishing special economic zone and introduction of the special regime of the investment activity in Dnipropetrovsk oblast.

Headed implementation of the project "Creation of the attractive investment image of Dnipropetrovsk oblast".

As a mutual project with the Netherlands’ government the joint venture "Special transport systems" aiming at gathering and utilization of hard non-industrial waste.

Full member of the Academy of Civil Engineering of Ukraine. Is the author of approximately 100 creative and scientific works, scientific publications and articles.
