
Sergiy Bychkov is a member of "Trudova Ukraina" faction within the Parliament. The Faction was founded on the 20th of June, 2002. Igor Sharov is a Head of the Faction.
42 Members of Parliament are forming the faction. 27 Deputies serve as electoral district representatives and 16 for a party list of candidates. Sergiy Bychkov represents constituency №25, Dnipropetrovs'k city.
Among the Faction program priorities are the followings: to represent the interests of workers and businessmen, employers and employees, defend their economic, social and political rights and freedoms. The Faction considers development of a civil society as a basis for Ukrainian State prosperity in 21st century. To maintain the civil society we need to perform and provide legislative base for reforms in public spheres, social and economic policy spheres.
Two of the faction members are the Heads of the Committee for foreign affairs (Stanislav Stashevs'kyy) and Committee on Finance and Banking (Sergiy Buriak). Many of the Faction members are the First Deputy heads and Deputy heads of the Committees. Sergiy Bychkov is a Deputy Head of the Committee for foreign affairs.
He is also one of the Members of Parliament who has broad experience in the public and local government bodies. Since June, 2000 Sergiy Bychkov held the position of the Deputy chairman of Dnipropetrovsk region state administration.
